I love how everything seems to expand from the center. Minus the trees on the right but very cool.

That is still to early for me. I'm more of a noon/1/2 in the afternoon kind of girl.

Great capture, great yard!!! my brother-in-law just got a Sony...now he needs help as he's not even much of a novice photographer, but wants to get into to it.
Glad to see the quality of the Sony. WONDERFUL capture!

Oh, thanks. We have 22 acres here so it's a big yard, I try to give different sides of the house names, like back yard and front yard but really it's all just yard or forest. lol
As for the Sony, it's a cool camera, doesn't look like it would be at first glance but it's nice. The Sony is what got me motivated to really want to get serious about photography. I have always loved taking pictures but I always had some crappy little camera and the photos never looked like anything I saw. When I got the Sony and realized I could share what I really see, I was hooked.
I am looking to upgrade soon though, I think it's time...lol

oh, when i upgraded from y point and shoot Olympus, which I thought made me a great photographer, but something was lacking, there was a 'look' i just wasn't getting yet. closer, but not there...
When I made the upgrade to the Pentax K200d, it was like WOW, this is what I invision...
I need more practice, more lenses, but that will come with time. Although talent is 99% of it, you can take a fantastic photo with a crappy camera, equipment can put your over the top between average photography and well, blow-your-socks off stuff..so good luck and let me know if you get and what you get,.....take care

I will do that and I totally understand what you are saying, I am in the same place at the moment. It's interesting that we know when we are ready to move forward. It is all about that vision, seeing it in my head, I know what it looks like and each step gets closer to capturing that vision. Thank you, I enjoy talking with you.
