woah, that's a little bit hard to define the wright words for that. I hope you will understand me x_x
Hm.. well, I used a material like plastic, it was easy to cut and i could deform it like i want.
I cutted a couple streaks from it and first of all I deformed a circle. On that circle I glued other streaks which goes up...
