More practice with watercolor, wanted to give a Pokemon tf a try~! Latias seemed like a good pick. More fun than I thought it would be, will probably have to do more Pokemon things in the future.
Ink and Watercolor paint, 140lb cold press WC paper.

I'd thought to leave the trigger of the transformation a little a little ambiguous, but the Master Ball may very well have had something to do with it~!
