Saw this and people using this so I decided to give it a try for my stories. Here are the headcanons for Toshiro Hitsugaya (Bleach) for my main stories (aka my Crossoververse especially during the 2nd Generation, where everything is modernized like no titans or Grima). No rude comments!

-Toshiro gets an Adaptational Early Appearance in the Crossover where he appears two years before Ichigo's story (where Ichigo and his friends are only 13)
-Toshiro also ends up being Brought Down to Normal thanks to Aizen where when he's in the World of The Living, thus he loses most of his powers thus he only can see spirits and use Kido but he can talk to Hyorinmaru (as a result his role in Bleach is mostly given to both Hotaru and Hoshi)
-Toshiro actually has a twin sister (Hotaru Hitsugaya) where he greatly misses her during his time in the World of the Living
-Toshiro ends up getting adopted by Eren and his family (Attack on Titan) in my stories (everything is modernized so no Titans and all of that just letting you guys know), where he then goes by Toshiro Jaeger in the living world while he'd go by Hitsugaya in Soul Society
-Toshiro starts off having a hard time loosening up due to having to be a captain but he eventually gets the help and starts being more fun loving (though he's still short tempered lol)
-He actually grew more from 4'4 to 4'11 but still short, he's only taller than Krista, to his dismay
-Because of him being adopted into Eren's family, he and Mikasa make sure Eren isn't doing anything stupid
-Toshiro learns he can still be mature but love childlike stuff as the rest of the 104 Shepherd Cadets helped him loosen up
-Toshiro ends up learning German and becomes fluent in it
-Toshiro smiles a bit more and is much more snarkier
-During his years in the Living World, Toshiro ends up playing the Ocarina
-He teams with Eren and Mikasa in hunting down bullies
-Outside of Eren, Mikasa, and Armin, the other 104th Shepherd Cadets he's close to are Reiner, Bertolt, Gerome, Laurent, and surprisingly, Krista
