Another picture of my Bleach OC Hotaru Hitsugaya. Here we see a side effect of her Curse of Anankos (Fire Emblem Fates) when she awakened the curse a 2nd time: her eyes are permanently red and while having the curse under control for now, thanks to Asteria/Hoshi (who like her younger sister Azura, has the same power to keep the curse under control), Hotaru is still in danger of letting it possess her again. Hotaru awakens the curse once more during the Winter War where Aizen almost kills her but as a result, Hotaru's eyes are permanently red, so for most of the arcs of Bleach and my path for fire Emblem Fates, Hotaru's eyes are permanently red. The title I use for this for Hotaru is Blessed With Suck. Main reason being, yes it helps amplifies Hotaru's power thanks to the power of hate, Hotaru hates this curse because it's killing her if she keeps it up, her eyes are permanently red, and she'll always hear Anankos' taunts into giving in. Only way the curse is removed is when Anankos is dead or Hotaru dies instead. Yup, Hotaru is really blessed with suck, even though the curse makes her powerful. No rude comments!
