Lol, I was born with it.
But seriously. I kinda came up with the voice when I was a kid playing with my sisters. To cheer them up I made theirs stuffed animals talk with that same voice... and when I got asked a lot of questions from this little girl in suit, I just kinda used that voice and it stuck. That day Blizzie was born.
