Woah, its finally done!The second cg drawing i made, using several different tutorials to get it done... Learned alot from making this one.
I did start with some tutorials which weren't really for this kind of anime style drawing so wasted a whole lot of time doing it the wrong way.
Anyways i think it worked out ok, wanted to spend more time on it tho, but i got bored of working on the same thing all the time, so starting a new one soon =]

Ah, wait, I just noticed something that's been bugging me from the start: the lips are blocky on both Tomoya and Tomoyo. Since they're anime characters, their facial features have to be especially soft. If you make their upper lips thinner by curving them rather than sloping them, then I'd say we have a perfect piece on our hands.

Great work there.
Personally I think the maturity and emotional depth of Tomoyo go very well with Tomoya. I'm not saying Nagisa doesn't suit him, it's just that there's something between him and Tomoyo that doesn't exist in Nagisa. This is just my perspective.

Dude, I know exactly what you mean. I, on the other hand, do not like the Tomoya/Nagisa pairing at all. I know how he grew to care for her and they developed them pretty well, but Tomoyo/Tomoya have a much deeper dynamic than that and I just think they're a much cuter couple overall.
Great job, on the art, btw. I'm still struggling to even draw Tomoyo.

In the Nagisa relationship, Tomoya is the stronger one, and he has to support Nagisa, therefore strengthening both of them. With the Tomoyo relationship, Tomoya has a hard time growing (as seen in the Tomoyo OVA episode) due to Tomoyo's dominating strength and all he manages to do is to bring them both down. But even so, who can't love them?

You kind of missed one important point though: their breakup made him realize he had to grow on his own, which ultimately led them to get back together again.
Other that that, pretty effective analysis on both parts.
