I've seen this character everywhere... what's her name, and what anime is she from? Oh, and do you know if she's in a published manga?! Sorry for all the questions... You did a fairly good job with this. The hair, I think, should have more body and flowing-ness to it. Other then that it looks very nice.

I would use some more outlining in the outfit-area, simply so colors don't fade into each other too much. But overall, a very nice image - love the actual coloring (especially in the hair)

very well done. i like how you got the outlines in the hair to fade in and out like that. its also cool how i can still see the shape of her body even though just black is used against her torso and arm.
