Well, I know that first of all you need a Premium Membership(you have it, I don't) and you somehow access it by clicking either edit or new Journal. Then afterwards you would normally see the openings for a title and the content but if you look above, you can see that you are labeled under "Journal Text" instead click on the tab to the right labeled "Options." Then once there it will give you several options regarding your Journal skin. You'll have to figure it out from there on, since I don't have the Premium Membership. But I hope this helped!
