Description

A little while ago, I watched the old classic Legend of Galactic Heroes. But what motivated me to make some fan art was seeing some screenshots of the remake. While the remake looks very fancy, I felt like the designs they used weren't as good at telling the story.

These awkward, long, and narrow ships may not be very fancy, but they drove home to the audience why the tactics being used were so important. When the admiral orders the fleet to turn, there's no question of why that leaves them vulnerable, or why it is something they would hesitate to do.
