First off this is awesome! X3 Charlie rocks and he's totally this evil! XD
Secondly, i know this is quite an older submission of yours, but i thought i might just point something out that seemed a little off to me.
the way you positioned his pupils make him currently look like he has a Lazy eye. XD An easy way to fix that is move the right pupil up higher, rather than down low.
that way it will look like he's looking off to his left with both eyes, which makes sense given that he's pointing a knife that direction. but as of right now he looks like his right eye is looking downward and his left eye is actually looking left.
Does that make sense at all? XD I just thought I'd point that out as a tip, not to insult the drawing or your art in anyway, it looks fine, but that eye is a little off is all! XD
