Looks like Bowser saw Mario in a Tri Star parody though he's not impress with it... So he shows up and roars right at when Mario was running on the air which messed him up while making the scene.Now both Mario and Bowser got into an argument of which variant was better but mostly Mario has a bit of frustration in this pic.
