At the very beginning of Vegeta's story mode, before you go do anything story related, go to Kame House to get this scene
The dialogue might not be 100% accurate, since I didn't have a notepad with me at the time, but I think it's close enough
...you may also look at this as an excuse for me to draw funny faces
And practise my copypasta skills c8DBZ and it's characters (c) Akira Toriyama, FUJI TV etc...

No, that was Budokai Tenkaichi 3, a game that came later...but the Budokai games (well, 1 and 3 at least) have an HD rerelease for the ps3 and x-box c:
