I believe the title is small feather in Japanese.

I've had this done for ehh probably a week or so now. I was too lazy to upload it because lately when I upload pictures from my camera as I have to with traditional art it takes up to twenty minutes. However, I finally tried it tonight before I went to eat and it uploaded in three seconds >__>;

Anyways this was inspired by the birds in Noel's Gift from gaia and her dress was originally going to be mainly purple. But I realized I didn't have a good shade of purple and when I went to buy one I was unsatisfied and I realized it looks fine with just the white and pink instead ^__^
