This took nearly 4 hours but I'm thrilled with the end result.Hexxus is one of my favourite cartoon villains along with Eris, Claude Frollo, Rasputin and Dr Facilier. His song Toxic Love is both creepy and dare I say erotic at the same time.
I felt inspired to draw this after listening to the amazing Toxic Love covers by Sweetpoffin and Vactordreamer. Their beautiful voices persuaded me to watch Ferngully again. I strongly advise people to listen to their work on Youtube- it's just fantastic in my opinion.

Thanks so much! It certainly wasn't easy but once I had drawn his face, the body was more straightforward. Though I had to re-draw his arm several times.

Now you mention it, it does look like a tatto. Which would be awesome... but possibly difficult to explain to someone why you have a tatoo of an evil God of Pollution on your skin.
