Yes, I have watch Spider-Man, but it's a different film of Spider-Man; The Amazing Spider-Man. I'd only saw the first one and I like it. And I am planning to see the second one.EDIT: Change her age yet again, plus her face... It was bothering me
Anyway, meet my OC of Spider-Man and she's happens to be an old OC during watch Spider-Man of 1994. She still look kinda the same as I'd imagine her, but with a different background and has a different hair style.
She'd knew Peter Parker when they were kids and she's like a sister to him, often watch out for him in anyway she can. Tish sometimes visits him at his uncle and aunt's place to see how he's doing and tries to keep him out of trouble. Like Peter, she is smart and has build gadgets. She works in Osborn and found Peter in a lab of where a 'biocable' is under development from genetically modified spiders. She'd took him out when the spiders were on him and took him home. That's when she notices a change in him and wants to help him. At night, she'd visit to see Peter is doing, but then found Aunt May at the subway and took her home so they can wait for Peter. After seeing the argument within the family and Peter rushing out. Ben went after him and soon Tish went after Ben, sensing something bad will happen. Once she arrives, she just saw the robber running off after the cashier shouts he stole some money. She chase after him, but right around she heard a gunshot and arrives to see Ben on the sidewalk, bleeding with a gunshot wound and no robber in sight. Tish tries to get Ben to stay awake, but Ben spoke his last words to her, 'Promise me... Promise me... you'll...lookout for Peter, T-Tish...'. Tish, in tears, said she will, but kept begging him to stay awake, but... Ben dies and Peter finally came to see his uncle there with Tish as she calls in 911 to bring in help. Since then, she continues to watch over Peter and decides to help Peter to find the robber who'd killed Ben while she too create her own outfit and gadgets to assist Peter as The Chameleon...
In case you all wondering, she does show up as Lady Chameleon during the bridge event, but Peter doesn't know who she is at first until near the end. In cartoon series, she call herself Lady Chameleon or Fall Chameleon

X3 Yep. Tish is willing to make friends with anyone who's lonely and like Peter, she stands up for the underdogs. Which makes her one of the few who stands up to Flash Thompson telling to back off and if he doesn't, she flips him over her shoulders. She does martial arts to defend herself

Aw... Poor Terry... I can see Tish trying her best to be her friend and not given up, even after Peter told her that he also tried. But Tish would said 'Nope! I'm gonna be friend and be there for her, showing her there are true friends to be found just I do for ya, Pete when we were kids.'

Tish: *sitting next Peter, studying until she spots Terry sitting by herself* Hm? Say, Peter? Isn't that the girl who usually hangs out with those cheerleaders?
Peter: *looks* Yeah, but I wouldn't say those girls are her 'friends'.
Tish: How come?
Peter: Well, I'd sometimes caught those girls not saying nice things towards her. Because of that, she's often by herself. Though, it's not easy for when the cheerleaders always finds her and stuff.
Tish: *frowns a bit* Those cheerleaders brats... Well then... *smiles* I'll be her first true friend.
Peter: I don't know, Tish... I'd tried to help her and be her friend, but before I could, she just left without saying a word.
Tish: *frowns with sympathies* Poor girl... *smiles* But you know me, I don't give up so easy. *stands up* Don't touch my food, Pete.
Peter: Oh come on! And wait! What if Flash see me by myself?!
Tish: Don't worry! That jerk will think twice of doing anything to ya... I hope... *walks over to Terry*

Suddenly, there was sound of a tray hitting the floor.
Tish: *looks back to see Flash holding Peter by the neck of the shirt* Grr... Excuse me, Terry. *cracks her knuckles* I got a jerk to talk to. I'll be right back, kay? *rushes over to heed Peter's aid*
Peter: *grunts* Flash, really? At lunch?
Flash: *growls* I'm still sore about your friend interrupting my fun and since she's not right to deal with, I'll start with you!
Tish: *clears her throat* And just what are you doing, Flash?
Flash: *tense, looks back to see her* Huh?! So are you here!
Tish: *sneers* Let him go now.
Flash: *growls, release Peter by throwing him to the floor* Hmph... Listen, just because you're here doesn't mean own the school.
Tish: Duh, stupid. I only stand up for those you pick on... It's people like why a lot are having hard times! Why don't you and your henchmen leave us alone and get on with your lives?
Flash: I don't have to listen to a b--
Tish: *grabs Flash's arm and swiftly flips him over her shoulder and pins him down to the floor* What was that? I couldn't quite hear ya!
Flash: OW!! L-Let go of me!
Tish: Say you're sorry to my friend Peter.
Peter: *got up* Better say it, man... She can break an arm of guy.
Flash: *growls, winces* F-fine! Sorry! Now let go!
Tish: *release him, glaring down at him* And if I see you messing with anyone, I will kick your butt in front of the entire school!
