Description
For those of you who've played Ocarina of Time, perhaps you've wondered the same thing...When Link gets the Ocarina of Time from Zelda, what does he do with Saria's ocarina? Throw it away?
Done with MS-paint and a mouse.
EDIT- Since the ALARMING number of people are commenting about how the ocarina is explained in the manga, let me clarify that the manga isnt canon. (At least in my opinion, since the creator of the game didnt write it)

I can't remember the explanation in the manga (but would agree with you, that it isn't canon) but in the game it sure is dubious.
I don't hink he would have throw it away, though. I guess he just hides it whereever he hides any item. You just don't see it in the item menu anymore, because you do not need it anymore.
Doesn't he give the ocarina of time back to Zelda in the end of game? Maybe he uses Salia's after that again.

In the Ocarina of Time Manga, Ganon thought that he took the Ocarina of Time, but he actually took Saria's Ocarina (Link threw it as a decoy I think). When he realized he took Saira's Ocarina, he crushed it in his hand.

Well... I just thought he tucked Sarias Ocarina safely away so it wouldn't get in danger to much, like a secret package, using the Ocarina of Time just because it had more power

Actually, in the OoT manga, he accidently dropped Saria's Ocarina. Ganon, thinking it was the Ocarina of Time, takes it, where in reality Zelda gave it to Link. When he realised that he took the wrong one, he crushes it in his hand.
