I love her hair so much. Beautiful image, great lighting, the big loop of costume pearls is strangely appropriate... it just fits with the whole "warm mauve" color scheme here.
I really like the way the lighting and her makeup bring out the strong angles and planes of her face... the shadows cast over her eyes simultaneously heighten and obscure her expression.

The model is very beautiful. I find a certain unreality in this image - except for one blemish on her shoulder, the model appears to have perfect skin. It reminds me of those ads for retouching software in photo magazines. If she really does have perfect skin, kudos to her (and to you for the excellent lighting, and to the makeup artist). If it's a result of post-production, I'd like it better if it were more realistic.
