Yeah, I had to do a search link for where the character was from, and it looks like it's from a licensed information show for Canadian government broadcast targeted to grade schooler's. Even so, I do like how you can cute female character designs in the most odd of shows. Plus it's nice that there making a show for children that explains about the importance of the biosphere which relates to everyday life more so than ABC's and 123's.
