nvm i just googled him and found his portfolio, only 1 piece he did resembles this and its only because its a city scene bg but i think actual figures are a lil different then paint splats that are meant to just be painted ontop of the picture instead of incorporated within it

what's up with the helicopters? they look American and kind of disrupt the cool theme bit.
