i also make clay ones, but to make these, all i do is draw a little pic and color it with marker and pen so it won't run off. I cut those out and trace them out on stiff fabric and cut those out as well. i cover the fabric with guesso (a canvas primer) and i wait for that to dry, but regular acrylic paint works fine too . I then glue the pictures on the felt, and let that dry, i use a glue stick . I also buy the key chain things at an art store, and lobster clamps, but that's optional. i use a metal wire to attach to the keychain part, and bam, you're done

Wow, could I use like modge poge instead of the canvas primer? and could this stuff be sold in any craft store?

yeah! i think so (i haven't used it), its just to make the felt stiffer. and guesso can be bought at any art store. if you're familiar, i go to Michaels. tell me how it goes, good luck!
