This drawing makes my eyes teary. It's full with so many emotions.. Oh Jimmy, how I miss you.
Even though I know he probably doesn't remember me anymore, sadly, I wish him a happy birthday. And a good luck for the future, whatever may happen to him.
The dreamy looking state of the two draggies are really well done, I can really feel the atmosphere of a 'never want to let go of this moment' in it. The textures are well thought through, it gives a little extra touch to highlight the whole drawing.
The shading is well placed, as usual. And the background is a perfect choice when thinking of the song. I really think this is one of your better looking pictures, but not only because of the actual drawing, but also the method you used and the whole thought you put into it. ; ;
