phew! been working on this for 4 hours straight. I definitely like how Pik and the shading turned out much more than the background. but I'm practicing, and improving
used this picture [link] as a sort of reference for the background. I also half-drew the rock (like the little details) but I still used a texture ;~;
his leg is behind the rock...lolol

This is beautiful, it's absolutely stunning! I cannot stop staring at this! Just everything about it is amazing, the background and style has really just blown me away. Holy crap!
Pik looks so amazing here, you pretty much captured how I *wish* I could draw him! You style is so pretty, I just love how you drew him. I love how you did his face, it's really cool looking and really nice especially how you did his snout. O= Sooo pretty. Just everything about this looks really nice! I'm totally envying your claw drawing abilities, this is perfect looking. And those wings! *o* So well drawn! I'm also loving how long you drew his tail, i'm not sure why but it just looks amazing here! *I totally wish I had your skills man! XD The shading on him is great too, it really looks great!
And the background is lovely! there is so much detail in the grass and on the rock, it's got a great semi real-yet cartoony look at the same time. It's crazy pretty! I also love the colors of the sky, it looks amazing reflecting off of the vally like area. OMG <3 The background on this is just AMAZING! It's so nice to look at and trust me when I say I spent quite awhile looking at it and appreciate the work you put into it. It's AMAZING! ;o;
