This is a coloured doodle i made--it was a 5 minute drawing during dutch class and i forgot to upload it here haha xD Melttttt !8D Miku is fun to draw and colour, and i was practicing really hard with umbrella's and anatomy and painting8D This didn't take me that long to make actually, about an hour to colour maybe? I did somewhat rush it orz''I hope people like it <3 Please let me know haha

Negatives/Improvements:
> I think more of a background would have looked good on this- like perhaps some rolling hills or something - though the colours you've chosen work really well and I absolutely love the clouds~
> I think the arms are a little short, or maybe just the fore-arm is. This can easily be sorted by using references in the future in order to check anatomy.
> A little more detail on the clothing around the neck would help this area look a little better.
Positives
> The colouring is so soft and pretty here~ I absolutely love the colouring on the hair (this is my favourite part~), and the shading has been added perfectly. The way you've added tones to the umbrella looks brilliant as well. The colours you've chosen work wonderfully as well.
> You've made Miku look really adorable~ I love her smile here and the eyes look beautiful! She's normally not a character that I like, but you've done a great job of translating her into your own style~

Oh I understand~ Backgrounds are always such a nuisance. I always tell people to practice/add backgrounds and I never do it myself... //shot for hypocrisy.
