man a critique has to have 100 words, here is a non-official one. You have the colors and composition good, just need some better flair. like more background or more people. Other than that it is beast. I had a feeling it was designed by a male once I saw her breast size, but I had to read it to conform it. I find this piece to be boring.
The abnormal breast size weighs her down. I have no sense of location, and how the head is drawn downright poorly.
I'm sorry, my eyes are stuck on the breasts. Another thing that is bothering me is the lighting. How the highlights are, it looks like the fabric is plastic. Other than that and the disproportionate size, the breast area looks good.
I have no sense of location. I see some very flat bricks on the bottom, but where is she? Is she outside an old castle? Is she on a path in a forest? A background will make a world of difference.
The face is downright poorly drawn. To start, I have no sense of dimension in the head/face area. A way to help this is to include some shading under the chin. Another thing that irks me is the lack of symmetry. This could be fixed using guidelines. Draw a line of symmetry and make sure everything is even.
You have a lot of talent, you just need to practice to improve skill. I know you can make this better. Keep up the good work.

First thing is the big bust, admittedly I like drawing girls with big busts mainly cause while drawing things I don't have to worry about consequences such as back pains or what not
Secondly with the lighting It's still something I'm working on, I don't tend to work on shading a lot and while doing it I knew it didn't quite look right, yet the commissioner was happy with it so I left it as is.
The lack of background was also a choice of the commissioner, they wanted the picture for mainly the character reference, not so much about setting or location, I simply added part of the floor so she wouldn't just be standing on nothing.
As for the face, I've never been a fan on how I draw heads as a whole, I always feel that It's one of the main area's which is holding me back ><
