I'm not sure what a "pet form" is, but it's a feral form of the bipedal character.

The proportion on the one looks like she'd be a quadraped, like animalish, rather than your anthromorphic bipedal. Maybe it's just me though

Yeah, that's the feral form. The other one is anthro. They have two forms but from reading the commissioner's character sheet it seems the character is more intelligent and can talk in feral form too, so the word pet doesn't really match since you think of pets to be of lower intellect and unable to speak with humans/anthros. (For example how Pluto is to Mickey Mouse)
