Your welcome, indeed it was a good fresheness that photo.
I've seen a lot of photos, of other people, many of them with various concepts of nudity.
But that one, was quite a new and pleasent photo.

I liked it a lot

wow, thank you!
My inspiration was from Veruschka, though I had the idea in my mind for some time before I found her, as you can see the various body painting photographs I have done throughout my gallery. The idea of being particles and atoms being recycled through nature is a constant idea that has circulated in my mind for the last, like, decade, which is since jr. high. This photo was bound to happen, as I feel that of all my photos, this is the only one that has a concept behind it; the rest of my images do not have concepts.

Love the colours - especially the contrast with her blue eyes - powerful image.

igaboo In reply to LaAcquaAlta [2011-08-31 21:02:56 +0000 UTC]

thank you! Since posting this, I have always felt the dirt colors and blue eyes were a little too saturated, a little too alien like. The prints are toned down a little bit, but the contrast and emotion is still there

Very good idea, however in your comment you said: "I got black eye"
Why this change?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

igaboo In reply to breamgappy [2011-02-24 21:52:14 +0000 UTC]

i got a black eye because i was trying to hide from the person who presumably owned the land or was just a person working on it, cause he saw us photographing. I turned around to hide, and hit my eye on a rock, and it bled and bruised everywhere. He let us continue to photograph because we were doing something harmless, and jenna was naked covered in dirt, so i think he believed us

However a beautiful result in spite of your wounded eye!

Sorry for the late reply. Yes it must be great to see how one has grown in their artistry. Yours is amazing. I'm just starting...simple but beautiful scenery but is lots of fun.

thank you very much! and actually things like this just happen and go, as i was at a construction site in a pasture. where i'm from, the land is flat as a pancake, so to find places like these, one has to kinda drive around on a hunt. And you will see more from this shoot

they dig up and sell sand from this guys pasture where he keeps his cows. I mean, i live in a very small, rural town so no one really gives a shit, but even i they did, people are usually cool with the trespassing if its photography and as long as there isn't any littering or partying
