heh, that kinda surprised me aswel, but i was kinda fast with getting my stuff, but either way, this lil fella didnt rly have a problem with some 28-200 lens at near max zoom at about 50cm away or less

hahaha xD that's the good stuff, when i was trying to get mine i took hours !!! all ways flying away and coming back, flying away and coming back again, and if it wasn't that, other dragon fly came around and crashed into the one i was photographing so they both fly away again... always like this it took almost 2hours to get a good shot's of them xD hahahah

the trick is to find a spot where they often land if you photograph them in nature, and just sit and wait

i had the luck this one decided to sit on my window

i actually would always prefer to photograph them in nature mainland, but if it sat on my window haahah that would be some cool photos.

well, 'the spot where they often land' isnt your window or house by definition, it could also be near a pond or on a set of bushes

*sigh* always the weather... i know of it, i live in the netherlands, and the average weather pattern here seems to be: rain clouded clouded rain heavier rain clouded 0_0 bright, sunny sky! naa it was too good to last long, rain more rain more rain
