Background: He is a demon that has been living amongst the humans for hundreds of years. He has the ability to change his appearance slightly (removing his horns, mostly). He watches over people, and his job is to sell information to anyone who can pay him.
Abilities: Knows information, but no one is sure exactly how, since he doesn't move out of his little shop. Can use fire based magic and summon shadows (which he does not like to do because it wastes his energy).
