That looks like a Dwemer though. Chimers are tall and yellow-skinned.

I often try different skin hues, never know what kind of yellow,ashen gray or green might click.Β But yes, yellow is canon colour. Dwemer being, as far as I know, essentially a cultural subdivision of chimerΒ are supposed to be of the same hight as chimer.
