Cool way to mess around with recycled paper. I quite like the effect caused by the strip of grey paper- almost like a color image that's been partially turned into a black and white one. And then the strip of brown seems almost sepia, against the grey pieces.
The shading almost makes the ship seem ghostly and I like the use of perspective, in regards to the waves. It gives this a nice sense of depth. I would have probably shaded the waves, to make a more drastic distinction between sky and water, but I still like the overall effect.
The line work is both simple and detailed... in fact, it kind of reminds me of the printmaking art. Not sure why though.

It's all about recycling - and charcoal too. That's a great job you did. Few lines and maximum efficiency. I should work more with charcoal.

I love the way this looks with the geometric grid of papers contrasting well with the organic looking sketch of the boat.
And the low saturated colors make me happy

I really like your concept and what you did here it's really cool! I'm not sure if you drew a part of the boat on different pieces of paper, but I think you could exagerate that aspect just a tiny bit more

Lovely idea and i like the overall sketchiness! Only thing is i'd personally prefer the blue horizontal line to be one line above and connect with the rest of the blue. I think it wouldn't be that distracting and there'll be more fluidity (does that even make sense?). Overall i love how you played with the different colours and used materials that anyone else'd see as rubbish. Now i just want to collect all my scrap papers and make something that creative with them.
