Steampunk is a style, is normal to see gears and clocks in there.
Clockwork has just a clock in her left eye, nothing steampunk at all. My OC doesn't even have clocks on him.

I don't even know what were you talking about for the rest, but you're wrong my dear.
My OC has a gold robotic arm and pants with gears. Nothing else.

First off he's in no way a rip off of Clockwork. Clockwork replaced one of her eyes with a clock, he didn't. Clockwork wears a blue hoody with white fur, he doesn't. She wears a white tank top, he doesn't. She has a stitched mouth, he doesn't. He's nothing like clockwork.
Second off, I have NO idea what ANY of those things are. Not everybody will, so it's hardly fair to say he ripped off characters that he may not even know existed.
This OC is actually VERY original and I personally love it's design.
And this isn't even the real design of the character

I see no point as to how the hell he is like Tony, Father time, (OMG, I know Steam Powered, but seriously, NO).
Also,
read the description honey, it's best to do so before 'ripping off' the character, especially my friend's oc.

You should really think about the way you phrase it and how others may react. You know how many idiots there are out there and artists, and fans, can be sensitive to hate. It may not be perceived as a joke even if you meant it.
