seeing this again, i really don't see me doing this in that amount of time i just started doing live sculptings but they are so far away from what you do in so little time - i dunno i tried the zbrush maquette as a base but it doesn't feel good as i have to fight the form too mch, i guess i'll just have to try to dynamesh it from the start hmhm

haha! I only use a standard sphere, convert to dynamesh, and start snakehooking things around. Clay Buildup for the forms :]
I keep a sphere in my tool list to quickly switch too when the pose changes. And I set up my UI so I don't have to fumble for anything in the menus.
I will for sure share my workflow as it gets more refined. I'm still tuning everything to be even faster, with less hassle.

Wich settings did u use for the brush?

Ikameka In reply to Dantert [2012-02-13 19:36:35 +0000 UTC]
I used many brushes, for the most part default settings on them, with adjustments to size and z sensitivity.

interesting choice of alpha for your brush. Is there a reason you're kinda using a "rake" to sculpt these? BTW are the models better looking than the ones at AI, lol? Do they at least have a majority of 'average' looking bodies this time?

HAHA, yes they are amazing models. Very professional and great anatomy features. Sounds odd to say... ANYWAY, I tried using the rake to add some texture, but it just looked like cottage cheese. I prefer layering it with clay brushes much more :]

I'm super new to Z Brush. Are these in the 3D or 2.5D mode? They're so dope!

Thank you! They are all from a sphere. Sometimes I only have time to work it from one angle though.
