Well it was supposed to be for the month of November but i guess it also fits for August ?_? But anyway it's Ayame and Kiku with the ninja dog (looks like a grown up/ old version of) Senimaru. Wanted it to look comfy, cosy and home-like (since Ayame and Kiku are like sisters)

i like your illustration style alot, very clever, in this piece i was specially interested in your background, i only know as much about photoshop as i've played around with, but please tell me ikimi, how did you do that distance blur? very cool effect!

Thanks! ^^ Well i the background's a seperate layer, then i select using the marquee tool in photoshop and select> feather (can't remember how many pixels but it was quite a lot) then i blurred it using gaussian blur, then i decrease the selection and repeat ^^

Nice work on the calendar pic. Maybe next year I could contribute if I ever find the time. You're so much better than me at photoshop but i'm sure you've had alot more practice yes? I really like how the background is slightly out of focus so the attention is drawn to the characters. Its a very sweet piece you never really see Ayame genuinely happy like she is in this artwork it really shows the connection between the two "sisters".

Yupz that's true, since Tenchu's a game about stealth and killing you seldom see Rikimaru and Ayame's happy faces
