Hi there!
Not that I'm a specialist in screentones, but I think it should be done more subtle. The screentone on his shirt is perfect, I think, but the one in the hair is muuuuch to present and too obvious. And on too much space of his hair, I think. It should cover less hair.
On top of that, the BG screentone does not give enough contrast to the hair, since it has the same... "dot depth"? I mean dots per cm or dots per inch or the resolution. Maybe there should be none at all, or a smoother one.
