This is definately one of my favorite drawings, done 2004, It was copied from a picture in a fictional book-my respects to that artist, they are one of a genius mind.HB pencil

Sam, you are the master of chiaroscuro. I used to love drawing fictional animals. I'm glad real horses don't have such humanistic eyes like this or I would feel guilty about eating horse burgers everyday. Is that a earing in its right ear? And is it a he and if so then does he know or practice the conotations of the said jewelery choice?

Chiaroscuro is just the use of the entire greyscale to render shadows and by the way eating horse meat is a delisious thing to do.

Wow, that's very nicely done. You might want to size down the full size picture, because it's just too big to view easily. I love your shading and tone use. I think the horns are my favorite part. Love the overall peaceful feeling.
