Yes, the title is very original, I know!Illusir's rule №3078: if you create a new character, draw an anthro version of them, better with a gun! So, here's one of my newest characters David Blackwood, posing with his hunting rifle. Unlike the still nameless GSD character, who was named "The Hunter" just because he has a rifle, David is an actual licensed hunter.
I've decided to give new brushes and style a try. I can say I like the result.

Great job on the new character, I think the most detailed and impressive sections are the jacket, pants, and the shoes. (I remember I eventually switched to straps instead of laces because they always took forever to put in motion).
The character definitely has the look of the hunter and I like his outfit.
I'd say the only minor criticism I'd have would the how the facial fluff is in one solid block instead of having some jagged lines to indicate hair; though it's a minor gripe that doesn't affect the image much.

Frankly, I like his outfit, too, I'd like to have a similar one (I have such boots already, though 
Laces are hard to draw, I used to draw just parallel lines or shoes without laces.
I've tried to add a bit of stylization here, now I'm working on this style to figure out how to improve it. I'll try to add more fur next time.

Of course no problem.
Id say the thing I like about the outfit is the jacket, I own a good sturdy leather jacket and it's probably the most durable piece of clothing in my wardrobe.
Yeah I discovered that about laces when it took me 2 hours to draw all the laces on various Xerina (the white wolf character) poses; the main artist and I are slowly reverting them to straps to make it easier, I doubt anyone will notice unless I point it out.
Ah ok, well I try and provide as much feedback as I can so you have something to go off; I don't necessarily think that more fur is always better, but sometimes a few hair detail lines in a few strategic places (Tail, side of face, ears) makes anthros look better in my opinion.
