How do you manage to get your lines to be so rounded and smooth? >.<

In this case the low resolution helps. If you look closely it's a little pixel-y, which, if you mess up any lines, they're super easy to fix. And they're also easy to draw in the first place. If you think it'll help you I can show you a video of the process.
