Entry for [link] The theme of this contest is to draw your OC, both in the original Naruto universe and Madaras Tsukuyomi from the new Naruto movie. Road to Ninja.

This is my OC Mai. The left picture is her from the original Naruto. The right is the Tsukuyomi.

Since everyone will probably be bored to tears by talking about my OC, I'll just explain the main major differences between the two.

They're both from Kiri. However, Mai leaves the village to search for her younger sister and was disgusted by the hatred she received of her kekkai genkai. Later on, she is hired as an informant for the Akatsuki. AU Mai, never left the village and her sister never went missing. They're both chunnin level.

My OC is paired with Itachi, and they have a love/hate relationship. AU Mai has never meets Itachi though she likes Utakata and has a hard time confessing to him.

However, the major difference is that Mai can't read very well and has a incredibly short temper. AU Mai is very long tempered and gentle, unlike her original who is rough and bitter.

It's been a long time since I actually inked and colored something like this, so it may not look very well. Oh, and ignore the Kiri chunnin vests.

I personally think that Mai would actually be happier in the AU world, since her sister is with her. Until she founds out that her 'weak' self has never met Itachi, and realizes that she actually misses him and is lonely without him around.

And Mai would probably bully AU Mai... a lot. AU Mai would give her armor piercing advice, and be sympathetic about original Mais' life. Then Mai would proceed to bully her even more than before......
