Yes, there really is a wine called Ménage à Trois Red Blend. The dish TREA orders is real , too. I'm not sure why I'd make them up, but whatever.
Poor waiter. Looks like someone's not getting a tip tonight. And before someone asks, no, the waiter is not TREO. Though they do look similar...
