This I think is the best Islington art I've seen on DA yet.
He looks evil yet has a perfect body and a calm look... this is scary tingly just as it should be when you find out who and what Islington really is.
Great Job, I was scared bit—which is unusual with pictures, for me.

I just finished Neverwhere a little while ago and actually liked Islington. There was a certain charm in its' stoic appearance (for the most part) and how that contrasted with the tension from everyone else. I love this depiction of Islington; the calm look yet with just a hint of madness...
I like the white-on-black; it's really attention-grabbing. And it looks properly androgynous too, which I find can be difficult to pull off. Excellent work.

Great job! That just-a-bit-too-bright glint in his eye and smooth, calm expression... for me you've perfectly captured how he is "so far beyond right and wrong he couldn't see them with a telescope on a nice clear day". Serene and totally insane.
Also kinda reminds me of Tilda Swinton as Gabriel in "Constantine".
Neil Gaiman is the best.

It's he, but I intentionally gave him a bit androgynous look, as some believe that angels does not have any gender.
