My new character! His name is Apex, but his real name is actually Allen Pexus. He's a friendly dude, with a brave nature, but he is often lost in thought. So he is a bit absent minded and forgets the situation around him.

A custom to all my charas, he has a car. His car is an NA1 NSX.
His special ability is using his Aura ability like a KERS. Charging the "KERS" in the corner can increase about 50 HP in the straights. He also has Inner Focus so he'll stay on track while racing, and will not lose his focus.

He isn't really the best of friends with Will, as they often go on with arguments. But they're cool with each other I guess.

I really worked hard on this one, so feedback will be loved :3
