If I haven't said it before I will say it now, spiders are disgusting, but there is something about this photo that makes them less disgusting. 

The jumping spider itself is the only ugly-cute spider I have ever seen (I mean that its so ugly that its certain qualities in its face and body make it appear somewhat cute, like its tininess, its different shaped eyes, or its color patterns). 


Very, very well done!

up close spiders are cute as heck. it's just the microscopic lens cameras that make them look ugly in my opinion. most spiders look like this up close. weird but fuzzy and kind of cute, even if it is not a conventional kind of cute.

If it's what I think it is, prolly around .5 - 1 cm in length. Someone I knew kept one as a pet for a while.
