I made it with a collage body, We did a short video/play/script for our Collage dorm. We didn't win but we came in third RSE or Russian Sleep Experiment, is Actually a CreepyPasta.

Isn't this little video from the horror movie Begotten? I know because there is a scene at the beginning really similar to this.

(The character there is Apparently God, who disembowls himself...)
