Description
Golden Retriever Dakota was a recent commission. Drawing his light colored fur was a bit more challenging due to the lack of contrast so I worked very slowly. I used mostly a B pencil and a blending stump, for the dark areas I use my 3b mechanical. This one is drawn on Strathmore 500 Cold Press Illustration Board. The board texture gave the portrait more of a painted look.11 x 14
