Anyways im making a tutorial for this. It will come out sometime today so.. yeah..

The eyes are awesome, the lighting makes it feel like she is looking at something very bright e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
The one thing that is kinda bugging me is the neck and the shoulders, also how the head is placed on the neck. If her head is supposed to be down then you got that right. The neck could be angled the other way just a little bit.
With the shoulders, kinda the same thing, just tweeked slightly to the other side. Also maybe make them less broad (I think I spelled that right...)
