I use 3 programs, I recently just downloaded paint tool SAI and i mostly use it for digital sketching with my new tablet. then I use adobe illustrator for lineart and then photoshop for the rest.
But this one's a little old so i just did illustrator and photoshop here

Anyway, you are improving. If your really want to expand in digital drawing I really suggest getting a tablet, even an inexpensive one. Trust me, it's worth it. All the programs you have are great, so if you get a tablet I'll bet you could do some pretty amazing things! Your already past what I could do with a mouse XD

In that case I suggest trying lineart in SAI, it works awesome!

i did but it's hard for me to get that perfect line when i draw it again XD. Illustrator is easier for me because i want very clean lineart

Use the stabilizer. I set mine at 15. Perfectly smooth clean lines. But your tablet's pen pressure has to be working in SAI for it to work.

i still dont really understand what that does. I mean, all it did for me was slowly follow my pen

When your pen flows slower, it isn't as choppy and uncontrolled, but if pen pressure isn't on, it does nothing.

The shading is nice but the clouds and water still need a little work if said splash I find one but you said wave soooo I kinda got confuse on this art work remember have like 4 tutorials in my favorite on clouds you just pick one
But it look like you rush through it rather than having time to actually do it if you know what I mean XD

yeah the thing that bugs me the most is the lineart. I just can't make that perfect lineart in the end. I tried a thinner one this time
