Yay, more bot weapons. (*monotone*) This time it's Neon !
After defeating Thunder , Neon gains her ultimate ability. She'll be able to achieve master control of her voice. This ability ranges from sending subliminal messages, to hacking by sending malicious data through sound. The range can also be quite large, but the effect weakens the farther the target is. This does not work when her voice is transmitted through other media... such as when she taps into stage audio, or video / audio recordings. She also has to be careful not to accidentally affect herself, so her hacking options are more limited.
TL;DR - After defeating Thunder... she can now hack bots even if they are not looking at her lights by using her voice, though the effect is lessened.

LOL she just talks normally. This new power just allows her to do weird shit to her voice, like making sounds that only dogs can hear or saying multiple stuff at the same time and other weird stuff like that.

If the Robot doesnt speak or hear english, or speaks even other programming language, can it be neutralized?

They probably can, but it's on Neon to figure out how. It's basically the same with when she uses her lights to hack. That's why I said here , as well as in the original... the hacking thing takes some time and depends on the target. But she's smart enough to figure out most of her targets. Of course... if the target doesn't see or hear in the normal sense, then she can't hack them.

I like where you're going with these, even Neon gaining abilities. If they're all able to do this there'd be soooo many options for a game. God that would be so fun. xD She's so dangerous like this, even Doll would have to be careful as jealous as this would make her.

Yeah, I think it would be cool. But it might be too ambitious. I'm thinking maybe a more loose game that focuses on combat (like a platformer / brawler) would be easier for this kind of mechanic. Haha I don't think even this power would make Doll yield.

It's simple but the effects here are awesome. I always liked that dark with neon lighting effect.

Haha don't worry. She's actually got a lot of weaknesses. She's no fighter, so she's a sitting duck most of the time. Hacking takes time and she can get interrupted. And like I said before, the effects available differ per bot (the more complex the bot, the lesser the effects) so it's not like it's an insta kill skill.

No, that's actually a limitation. Mind control is the ultimate effect and can only be done on simpler bots or if she has enough time. She can only do so much in a short time. I guess in game mechanics, her targets would freeze or have their controls reversed for a few seconds or something.
