Description Tempest Shadow / Fizzity Boppity from the My Little Pony Movie.

Since humans don't have horns (Futurama notwithstanding), the idea is that she lost her arm in the fight with the magical space bear, and so she has an incomplete artificial one made up of fragments and held together by pure force of magic.

I'm a huge fan of Tempest, and this gorgeous drawing REALLY does her badassery justice ^_^. 

The "broken arm" concept isn't a bad way to go for her, BTW.

She looks like Katarina from League of Legends, both got a cold and dark personality and got a scar in hers eyes, the diference is what Katarina got the scar in right eye and Tempest in the left eye lol
