I believe in most tales its said all those "Halfhuman" beings had some kind of curse upon them.
Something that makes them go mad with rage and stuff when they see normal Humans.
Same went down with Medusa. After her transformation in many storys its said she was now cursed with an ungodly rage for everything that, yeah, that has a dick to be blunt.
Her story is one of the most fucked up also. First she was an incredible beautiful Woman.
Than a male god ( Poseidus I believe ) ...
saw her because the Olympians could always see the Humans inside of any Deitys temple.
Then those fishy god noticed Medusa, the Human Woman back then, praying in Athenas temple.
He got so irresistable turned on by her alluring form and beauty that he descended down into the temple immediately.
The average man is already so much stronger as a woman that they cannot really fend them off effectively.
Imagine how frightening the sexual assault of a male GOD must have been to her and yeah he raped her right away.
... with the whole of Olymp watching officially.
So what is the big moral of the story? Well how could it be any other way as " The FU**ING WOMAN IS AT FAULT !! "
I am kidding you not! The Olymp was flustered and at a loss for how to deal with this first time case.
A mere mortal temporarily held such power and might over the behaviour of a god, that it made every Deity awkwardly uncomfortable... and kinda butthurt too.
But you would imagine especially a female Deity, a Goddess like Athena would side with her fellow genders members right?
And that they would retaliate against this motherfucker and punish him for doing something so obscene and disgusting, right?
HAHAHA, NOOOOOOOOOOOOPE!! Because Gods are more worth as mortals and they can never do wrong against them.
Also gods exist to be admired and worshipped, powerless and helpless mortals can go and suck it! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
So instead of allying herself with Justice and demanding a punishment for this "mere rapist" if you ask me,
and instead of punishing a bastard who has raped a faithful mortal follower of all of the Deitys in Olymp, inside of her own temple, Athena did whaaaaaaaaaaaaat?
SHE DID IT IN AN ACT OF CRUELTY AND HATE !!
SHE CURSED MEDUSA, SHE WAS ALSO SO BUTTHURT AND FELT SO HUMILIATED for that another GOD would go out of his way
and descend upon the mortal Realm, just to satisfy himself with the flesh of a finite being, instead of desiring HERSELF for instance, another Deity known for her widely praised beauty!!!
Her own temple became a raping ground by all the superior force of another, a male god and she blames the mortal Woman who had no way of resisting him!!!!
And she turned Medusa into a Gorgon with her own powers, her own follower!!! All so while instilling her with a burning hate for all remaining MEN.
This is really... the oldest 'Social Justice Warrior bullshit crap story' when you think about it closely!
Cause no matter what, it shows perfectly the nonsense and irrationality to blame the crime of one Man on everything else that has a cock (lol)
and totally ignores the utter betrayal of another Woman against her own kind.
Especially one with so much power and influence.
So many Mortals worshipped and desired Athena, she was such a nice poster-girl - and what does she do?! ^_^
What for a dumb bitch! The gods of Olymp really can be all thrown into the carbage can for good.
And ever since, when the Gorgon Medusa see's a Man, against her free will so to speak, she is filled up with an urge to try and kill the Man at least once.
Plus since it is almost impossible to survive the petrification curse and fight off a being which also counts as 'a Titan' in terms of being and ability,
especially without looking at her while she attacks you, yeah... because of that... she remains alone officially without company to console her.
Appart from her other Gorgon sisters of course. But I kinda doubt she became an incest lesbian kinda wierdo due to all of that.
So she can never experience romance and love with someone ever again, if that Man is not one hell of a survival expert.
And the Minotaur too is said to feel an instinctive hatred for all of Mankind.
Kinda sobering when you think about it closely, huh?
Humans biggest potential foes are the gods of greek, not even the Titans or "Monsters" who are essentially just a symptom of the Gods rule and tyranny over the world.
